Engineering Club

Engineering Club is a STEM program under Long Island Youth Development Inc. (LIYD) aimed to inspire and educate elementary and middle school students through interactive projects and physics courses.

Our goal is to make engineering available at hands of everyone by using simple materials like popsicle sticks and cardstock paper to build simple engineering projects and teach engineering courses that are easy to comprehend. Additionally we offer advanced teaching courses from engineering textbooks.

  • The meetings will take biweekly from 5 to 7 PM throughout the year.

  • We host engineering workshops at the Emma Clark Library

  • Teach engineering courses through zoom
